Energy Supply
The combination of a voltage of 24V and a capacity of 125Ah can
provide a stable power output for the forklift, enabling the
forklift to operate continuously for several hours.
Charging Efficiency
Matching with advanced charging technology, this type of battery
usually has a relatively fast charging speed. Generally, a
dedicated lithium battery charger is used. In the fast charging
mode, the battery can be charged from a low power level to a full
charge in about 2 to 3 hours, greatly improving the utilization
efficiency of the forklift and reducing the charging waiting time,
allowing the forklift to quickly enter the next round of work.
Cycle Life
In actual use, this model of lithium battery undergoes strict
quality control and testing, and has a high cycle life. Under
normal circumstances, it can withstand more than 1,000 complete
charge-discharge cycles, which means that under normal usage
conditions, the battery can be used for several years without the
need for replacement, reducing the usage cost and maintenance
frequency.

manufacturing process. It adopts an advanced Battery Management
System (BMS), which can monitor parameters such as the battery
voltage, current, and temperature in real time. Once an abnormal
situation is detected, it will immediately take protective
measures, such as cutting off the circuit, to prevent problems such
as overcharging, over-discharging, and overheating, effectively
avoiding safety accidents such as battery fires and explosions. At
the same time, the battery casing usually uses fireproof and
flame-retardant materials, further improving the safety during use.
